Relieving neck and shoulder tension

If you’ve been Zooming as often as I have (Zooming – most likely one of the top ten candidates for word of the year, along with, assuming 2-word phrases are eligible, “social distancing” and “contact tracing”), sitting even more in front of the computer, since there’s not much else to do, you may be experiencing even more neck and shoulder tension than usual. I said “even more:” did I guess that you ALWAYS have some neck and shoulder tension? It’s one of the common ailments in our high pressure but sedentary modern lifestyle.

I’ve been experimenting with creating yoga videos, and would like to share a short practice that targets neck and shoulder tension. Let me know what you think!
