Due to the Corona virus outbreak, all of the venues at which I teach yoga have asked me to cancel yoga classes for the time being. I am now offering live on-line classes on Mondays at 4:00pm, and Tuesdays at 2pm, 5:15pm, and 6:30pm, and possibly additional days/times. I had started a meetup group to hold yoga sessions in Central Park, and did have one session on Wednesday, March 18. I had thought we could still practice yoga with some social distancing. But that was before the current stay-at-home order, so I’ve moved those classes online, too. Once this situation eases, I will resume holding these classes, weather permitting, at the Arthur Ross Pinetum in Central Park. You might consider joining my Meetup group: https://www.meetup.com/ViniyogaCentralPark/ . You will then receive notifications whenever I schedule a new Central Park class, either online or in person. I’ll also post them on my website calendar.
