Have you been curious about yoga but think you’re not flexible or strong enough? Do you have problems with knees, shoulders, or hips that limit your range of motion? Perhaps you’ve tried a class but were intimidated by the pace or the other participants? This is the class for you! We will start slowly, sitting in a chair, learning gentle movements and breathing techniques, progressing to more challenging poses only when you are comfortable. We will also do some standing poses, but seated alternatives will always be offered.
This class is offered Monday afternoons via Zoom.
Cost: $12 per class or purchase a 10-class card for $100 ($85 for seniors 65 years of age and older).
Registration: I email the Zoom links each Sunday for the coming week. Please be sure to register with that link by the morning of the class; I need a minimum 2 people in order to run each class.
