Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased for group classes or private yoga or yoga therapy sessions in the amount of your choice. All practices are designed and led by Stephanie Harding. Stick-figure diagrams of the poses are included. You can either send a check to me with a note detailing what you are purchasing, or pay online. I will then send you a link to the practices.
Chair Yoga: $10
A basic 45-minute chair yoga practice.
Mat practice: $12
A basic 70-minute mat practice.
Short & Sweet: $12
8 practices under 15 minutes
Short practices for the upper back, low back, stress reduction, and sleep, 80 minutes total.
Sleep practices: $10
One practice for the morning, one for the evening, and a practice to try in bed if you wake up during the night, plus three guided relaxation practices, 48 minutes total.
Upper Back practices: $10
A yoga “snack,” a mat practice, and a chair practice, 42 minutes total.
Practices for the bones: $12
A mat practice, and a chair practice, totaling 52 minutes.
Practices for Stress Reduction: $10
A morning practice, an evening practice, and a desk practice, plus guided relaxation, totaling 42 minutes.
Any 2 practice sets: $20
